  • 3 ripe avocados
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, diced
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 pinch ground cayenne pepper (optional)


Step 1

Cut avocados in half. Remove seed. Scoop out avocado from the peel, into a medium Bowl .

Step 2

Mash the avocado with a fork.

Step 3

Add the lime juice, salt, onion, cilantro, tomatoes, garlic, and cayenne pepper (if using). Mix together.

Step 4

Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Enjoy!
