  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 (28-ounce) can crushed tomatoes
  • 1 (6-ounce) can tomato paste
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 pound cooked spaghetti


Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large Skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Step 2

Add the ground beef and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

Step 3

Add the oregano, basil, salt, and pepper and stir to combine.

Step 4

Add the crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, and beef broth and stir to combine.

Step 5

Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes.

Step 6

Add the parsley and stir to combine.

Step 7
